Restaurants / Haddington's

Inspired by some of New York City’s Bowery neighborhood restaurants, Haddington’s is an upscale American tavern with chef driven food and classic cocktails. The design sought to combine an industrial look with traditional detailing to create spaces rich of texture and materials. Dark brick, steel windows and rough sawn wood contrast with high gloss painted millwork, ceramic tile ceilings, and patterned wallpaper. A custom light fixture of opal globes, brass fittings and steel pipe anchors the main dining room. Spaces are kept small, with a number of different rooms, to create an intimate dining experience.
